I started bringing my vehicles here back in 2018, and I have never had anything short of a great experience! The staff are always super friendly and are very knowledgeable. They have always worked fast and efficiently, getting my car back to me same day. They have a very comfortable waiting area should you ever need to wait on a fix. I love the newest updates to the place such as the outdoor seating area next to the Koi pond. I also very much appreciate the shuttle service provided from Gavin. He was able to give me a ride to and from my home when dropping off and picking up my vehicle on my most recent visit. That was a great help! I also love the fact that you have a loaner vehicle as well. That too, I'm sure is a great help to people. If you are looking for a good, honest, fairly-priced place that is fast and efficient when it comes to service with a great staff to work with as well, don't hesitate to bring your car to Prosser's. You will not be disappointed! =) Thank you for everything! P.S. I absolutely loved being greeted by Dixie! She is such a loveable dog. She was great company sitting next to me and cuddling up to me on the couch while I was filling out some information in the waiting area.
