There polite I’ve been there once but when I called to have them press wheel bearings for me they said they couldn’t because of liability with customer supplied parts which I understand more then anyone it just sucks because I have roughly about 20 fleet vehicles I can’t keep up with and need some assistance and was hoping to make them my main place I take them because stuff breaks all the time but I went with a other local shop that pressed my bearings and same day there cheap so I gave them my business but I understand liability and what not I appreciate the politeness nice people and they did my one car once and did a decent job aside from cutting a speed sensor

Hi Dallas. We're really sorry we couldn't install your own parts. It's a policy we put in place years ago do to liability and when a part fails they tell people we did the work when we didn't buy the part. Our top priority is to make sure we can guarantee our work along with having a nationwide warranty. As a fleet owner I'm sure you completely understand. You can't afford a vehicle in your fleet to be out of commission. Sorry you feel we only deserve a 3 star when we just try to do things correctly. we were passing through on our way back home to KY when our power steering pump went out, i was referred to Prosser’s by a lady at Cracker Barrel and when i called AAA they were part of their group. They were very good at keeping me up to date and letting me know what was going on. my car drives great now.

Our 1999 Mustang GT was shipped here from AZ and needed to have the A/C looked at. They looked it over and found my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. They gave me a bid and had it working like new again. Took a littler longer than I expected but that was only because they were shipped a defective part from the parts supplier. I would highly recommend using them to all my friends and family.
