I Took both my wife's car and my car to Prosser Automotive for some routine Service ie AC service on my Traverse and a Brake Squeal on my wife's Impala. They did a great job on my Traverse and while there they discovered that the front motor mount which i had replaced a the Chevrolet Dealer in Ashland 1Yr ago needed replaced again due to over tightened nut on the mount and had broken the stud. I might add that I have purchase 6 Brand new cars from this Dealer and spent Thousands of dollars letting them do the maintenance on my vehicles, with many service disappointments. The Latest disappointment was the Brakes on My Wife's impala that i had replaced a year ago. I took it in to the dealer with 38000 miles on it and they were squealing When Backing up. The Dealership replaced the pads and did not lube the Pins or slides, just replaced the pads and after a call back to them, because the brakes were still squealing, they didn't even offer for me to bring it back to check the work that they had done. I brought my cars to Prosser's and promptly got the problems resolved, Way less money than the dealership charged me to make these repairs the fist time and didn't repair the problem correctly. The techs and owner Eric as well as the office staff at Prosser's get a 10+ for their professionalism and attention to the customer concerns. Fixed it right the first time and corrected the Dealerships Errors. Will Never Buy another new vehicle nor service from this Dealership in Ashland Again. Prosser's Automotive is now and will forever be my go to Shop. They Treat People like Family and genuinely care about their Customers. They Listen, Something that has been lost in the Dealership Arena. I should Know ,I once worked in that arena as a ASE service tech and we always listened to what the customer had to say. They weren't always right, but they were the customer and the reason i had a job and, it was their car with which they drove every day. So who would know better than them...LISTEN
