Ive been taking my vehicle here for a couple of years. I got tired of the run around, delays, and poor customer service of other shops. These folks are professional and stand behind their work.

Great place to go to if you’re having problems with your car! They are very thorough and tell you straight up what it will cost and run anything that needs done by you before charging! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very informative as well! Overall great experience

By far the best automotive service facility that I have been to and my 40+ years of driving. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sol, LeAnn, you guys are awesome, made me feel like a person and not just another customer. Loaner car at no charge was awesome. Shop was clean and organized. If your looking for a good service shop or fleet maintenance, Prossers is the place to go! Sharon you went above and beyond in getting my Sprinter van done so I could go back in service!!

Supremely honest folks. They will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy. Because we’re all human, sometimes mistakes happen. Prosser’s, when given the opportunity, will correct any issues and make things right. That is super valuable in a mechanic. They will also touch base with you after service to double check everything is still going well.

Prossers is excellent place for my car to be serviced. Very professional staff that is helpful and nice. Love their French Bulldog that is a beautiful gray color. She loves everyone and her name is Ladybug. I would not take my car elsewhere!

They are upfront and honest about your vehicle and the repairs needed. I bought 4 brand new tires from prosser and in the process they put all 4 tires on for me. They were very nice and generous by not charging me for the labor of replacing my old tires. That was so thoughtful and I was really appreciative. PROSSERS is a great place to take your vehicle and get work done.
