Absolutely phenomenal customer service, top to bottom. Excellent responsiveness with both phone and text avenues, detailed photos and write ups of problems found vs addressed, detailed and itemized quotes, and direct links to RO summaries make everything incredibly smooth. They're very communicative, very sweet, and didn't charge me anything for a thorough top to bottom inspection to put me at ease after rough experiences with another shop that neglected concerns, copped attitudes and missed gigantic safety and driveability issues despite having the funds available to fix it the first time, and Prosser's was upfront and honest with me about my options. The car is beyond what it is worth to save, but they at least wrapped that hard to swallow pill in plenty of proverbial Cheez Whiz and gave me tons of water to drink with it at least - they made the bad just as memorable for outstanding service as the good normally is and that speaks volumes.

Quick to get us in, excellent garage! Would definitely recommend. We were on a road trip and had car trouble and they squeezed us right in!

By far the best automotive service facility that I have been to and my 40+ years of driving. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sol, LeAnn, you guys are awesome, made me feel like a person and not just another customer. Loaner car at no charge was awesome. Shop was clean and organized. Supremely honest folks. They will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy. Because we’re all human, sometimes mistakes happen. Prosser’s, when given the opportunity, will correct any issues and make things right. That is super valuable in a mechanic. They will also touch base with you after service to double check everything is still going well.
