I received a quote of $2,000 for a water pump, thermostat, and coolant flush, including parts and labor, which I find to be excessively high. This amount is comparable to the cost of a pre-owned vehicle. Firestone has offered to complete the same services for $770, including parts and labor. I am concerned that the initial quote may have been an attempt to deter me from utilizing their services for my 2023 Chevrolet Equinox AWD 2.0 LT, rather than a transparent refusal to perform the work. I will avoid them in the future on gaining my business!

I took in my 2014 Rogue for minor technical issues . ( not starting , having to jump it ) After they performed diagnostics on my rogue they found no electrical issues . Basically user error ( so to speak ) This proves these guys are honest and perform their work with integrity . Their Tech (Robert) ? Thoroughly explained the diagnosis and metrics performed.. Most car repair shops are only out for money but this shop is different. After going thru hell with Firestone within days they resolved all my issues and done a true full inspection of my car and they also done it affordable and fast. Needed to get brakes done on my Subaru and the process here was seamless. Got a fair priced quote and 2 days later got it in and done. Mind you all 4 brakes including calipers were done in a day. Great quality and great people that will make it right!
