Great autoshop, they are very Competent. I’ve taken two of my vehicles to get fixed here back to back and they have amazing service at fair prices and good diagnosis on the problem compared to other shops. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when my vehicle was gonna be kept overnight

My sons drove to Mansfield from Massachusetts and their car broke down on Friday night so they were stranded there. We had it towed to Prosser's on Monday morning and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. They had it completed the next morning, as soon as the part came in. Throughout the process, Sharon and Sal at the front desk were so kind and understanding of us, parents whose kids were stranded 11 hours from home. They kept us informed every step of the way, and put our repair at the front of the queue to get our kids home to us. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.
