I Took both my wife's car and my car to Prosser Automotive for some routine Service ie AC service on my Traverse and a Brake Squeal on my wife's Impala. They did a great job on my Traverse and while there they discovered that the front motor mount which i had replaced a the Chevrolet Dealer in Ashland 1Yr ago needed replaced again due to over tightened nut on the mount and had broken the stud. I might add that I have purchase 6 Brand new cars from this Dealer and spent Thousands of dollars letting them do the maintenance on my vehicles, with many service disappointments. The Latest disappointment was the Brakes on My Wife's impala that i had replaced a year ago. I took it in to the dealer with 38000 miles on it and they were squealing When Backing up. The Dealership replaced the pads and did not lube the Pins or slides, just replaced the pads and after a call back to them, because the brakes were still squealing, they didn't even offer for me to bring it back to check the work that they had done. I brought my cars to Prosser's and promptly got the problems resolved, Way less money than the dealership charged me to make these repairs the fist time and didn't repair the problem correctly. The techs and owner Eric as well as the office staff at Prosser's get a 10+ for their professionalism and attention to the customer concerns. Fixed it right the first time and corrected the Dealerships Errors. Will Never Buy another new vehicle nor service from this Dealership in Ashland Again. Prosser's Automotive is now and will forever be my go to Shop. They Treat People like Family and genuinely care about their Customers. They Listen, Something that has been lost in the Dealership Arena. I should Know ,I once worked in that arena as a ASE service tech and we always listened to what the customer had to say. They weren't always right, but they were the customer and the reason i had a job and, it was their car with which they drove every day. So who would know better than them...LISTEN

Very capable shop and not just domestic vehicles. They have serviced my classic Porsche, my AMG and Land Rover. Knowledgable techs at a fair price. Why go anywhere else?

We were hit in a fender bender while traveling on a Sunday and the front brakes were damaged and not working.AAA recommended you and we had the car towed to your shop. You guys did a great job, quickly diagnosing and fixing the brakes and having the car ready to go. When we got back in town with the rental. Everyone was helpful and kept us informed. I was really impressed by how clean and professional your shop was and how pleasant everyone was. A+ customer service!

First time getting work done on my vehicle at prossers and I was immediately overly impressed by how much more thorough smaller businesses are. I took my vehicle to kia prior to prossers for a diagnostic where I was charged close to $200 just to have a mechanic look at it/drive it. Kia added on unnecessary fees and repairs to my bill. Prossers offers free diagnostic, they are prompt with service, & by far the cheapest place i have found for an oil change on my vehicle. Special thanks to Eric for doing an amazing job finding the issues with my brakes and fixing them correctly. (Also love the dog ladybug & fish pond) 😊

Had AC serviced very reasonable price especially with AAA discount. They performed a free inspection of the vehicle. Informed me of the other things wrong with my car, that I wouldn't have know otherwise. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, helpful, and nice. This will definitely be my go to repair shop for things I can't do myself.

Professional, courtesy, efficient, inclusive, are just a few of the words needed to describe this shop! All of the staff, from the person who answered my call, and, who quickly returned my call when I called before opening hours, were open, honest, and personable while working with me. The number of years of expertise collectively in this auto mechanic repair shop has to exceed over a hundred years! When the shop heard I had a coolant issue, they did not tell me "three or four weeks out", they scheduled me in quickly, understanding this was an urgent need for my particular situation. Talk about ratings ... if I could leave them equally 100 stars I would! From the cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism, and kindness shown, this shop surpasses all others I've unfortunately used in the past, and mistakenly gone to before understanding this shop fixes all cars, domestic and abroad. Thank you all for making an otherwise scary, costly in an exuberant way, experience into an inclusive, explanatory and familiar way.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, top to bottom. Excellent responsiveness with both phone and text avenues, detailed photos and write ups of problems found vs addressed, detailed and itemized quotes, and direct links to RO summaries make everything incredibly smooth. They're very communicative, very sweet, and didn't charge me anything for a thorough top to bottom inspection to put me at ease after rough experiences with another shop that neglected concerns, copped attitudes and missed gigantic safety and driveability issues despite having the funds available to fix it the first time, and Prosser's was upfront and honest with me about my options. The car is beyond what it is worth to save, but they at least wrapped that hard to swallow pill in plenty of proverbial Cheez Whiz and gave me tons of water to drink with it at least - they made the bad just as memorable for outstanding service as the good normally is and that speaks volumes.

Quick to get us in, excellent garage! Would definitely recommend. We were on a road trip and had car trouble and they squeezed us right in!
