Sharon is amazing - they all are. I forgot what the “boss’s” name was but he took care of my engine replacement in a timely manner and really listened to all of our concerns. So glad they were referred to us. We’re new in town - the dealership sucked and the other big name mechanic in town was an idiot. Thank you Prosser’s, you saved my sweet lil Tonka!

I had taken my vehicle to a different mechanic for all new brakes and rotors a little over a month ago and turns out they didn't do the job correctly. My car started making a terrible noise and Prosser's was able to get me in the very next day to take care of the issue. They sent me pictures so I could see what they were seeing and information on the issue. The people working in the office were kind and professional and communicative throughout the whole process! I would definitely recommend!

Recently, Prosser’s performed some major top end engine work on my wife’s Equinox. We have had it back on the road for about 3 weeks and it is running fine. I paid a lot for the repair but I did get a 3 year 36k warranty on their work. I would recommend Prosser’s Automotive for major engine work.

They made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle & the cost to repair it before they started the work. They were also willing to work with my after warranty insurance company. The work was actually finisged before the scheduled time. I would absolutely use Prossers Automotive again.

Prosser’s did an amazing job with diagnosing and rectifying my 09 Ford F150’s evap code! They made sure to keep me in the loop everyday!

Unfortunately, we made a wasted trip cuz a 2500 Dodge Ram won't fit on a tow dolly. We definitely didn't do our homework. But it was nice to see my new friends again and they are kind enough to still let me keep my truck there until we come back with a trailer. I can't complain about $15 a day when most places won't even let you store a vehicle at their shop. I'm telling you if you ever need any mechanic work done, this is the place to go.
