Being a retired ASE Master Technician, taking my own car to the shop is painful. Having worked in the automotive field for 30+ years from behind the parts counter, service writer, Gold Shield emissions tech in CA, to Master Technician, trust in others doesn't come easy. But sometimes, as Dirty Harry would say, "A Man's got to know his limitations". LOL I can say, without any hesitation, Prosser's Automotive has won me over. The office staff were friendly, welcoming and their communication excellent. The technician (Robert) took his time to explain in great detail what he did & what he found just like I would do when I was in his position. In other words, I now have a new home for my (unable to do) auto repairs. LOL AAAAA+++++ Five Stars didn't seem like enough! :-)

Very clean and friendly. My car died on me while traveling through town, 2 hours from home. Prossers took great care of me, got my car up in running in no time. The staff was super friendly and genuinely cared about my well-being. Highly recommend.

Very respectful and helpful

Prosser’s was able to get me in quickly, were thorough in their examination of my vehicle, and had my car up and running in 24 hours after diagnosis. They provided a detailed description of their inspection and sent it to my phone. The labor is NOT cheap, but most good things in life aren’t. Worth the money. I will be returning!
