Prosser’s customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I expected them to be upfront, honest and knowledgable. What I experienced was accommodating, thoughtful, and diligent service. As a female I tend to get a lot of “oh hunny” from car repair shops, but not the staff at Prosser’s. They spoke to me with respect during every interaction.

A year ago Prosser's serviced our car on emergency notice as we were traveling across country. They were super fast, efficient, and friendly to boot with a great dog for company in the waiting room. We were back on the road in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Prosser's for all automotive services!

They had my car 3 times for a evap engine light spent over 1200.00 on parts and labor costs car was still not fixed after the 3rd time called Matt the service manager said he would figure out what to do never called me back I would not recommend this shop to anyone

My car's alternator went out while I was driving on 71 North. My AAA took me to Prosser's. Everyone here was extremely nice...Matt...Alexis...Sue and all the mechanics! I heard Matt taking care of others while I was in the waiting area and he treats everyone with care and professionalism. Tow truck driver Caleb was really nice too. Thank you all for being upfront, personable and getting me back home to Columbus. I definitely recommend this business 😊 5 stars for sure! Thank you again and God bless you all.

This shop really is top tier! They worry about the quality of their work and will take on the difficult projects. If there is an issue they will work to fix it and have great personalities. Everyone in the shop I came in contact with was friendly. My car gave them a hard time, but they didn’t give up until it was fixed and I couldn’t be more grateful. As long as I’m in the Mansfield area they will be trusted with my vehicles! Thanks again Prosser’s team!

There polite I’ve been there once but when I called to have them press wheel bearings for me they said they couldn’t because of liability with customer supplied parts which I understand more then anyone it just sucks because I have roughly about 20 fleet vehicles I can’t keep up with and need some assistance and was hoping to make them my main place I take them because stuff breaks all the time but I went with a other local shop that pressed my bearings and same day there cheap so I gave them my business but I understand liability and what not I appreciate the politeness nice people and they did my one car once and did a decent job aside from cutting a speed sensor

we were passing through on our way back home to KY when our power steering pump went out, i was referred to Prosser’s by a lady at Cracker Barrel and when i called AAA they were part of their group. They were very good at keeping me up to date and letting me know what was going on. my car drives great now.

Our 1999 Mustang GT was shipped here from AZ and needed to have the A/C looked at. They looked it over and found my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. They gave me a bid and had it working like new again. Took a littler longer than I expected but that was only because they were shipped a defective part from the parts supplier. I would highly recommend using them to all my friends and family.
