Service was exceptional and done in timely matter

This was my first time coming to this repair shop. My son has dealt with them before, so this is why I picked Prossers. I am not up to date with the new technology they send now via phone messages so I didn't fully understand what I committed to. In saying that, Matt the gentleman that took care of us showed me much understanding and made it right with me. I appreciated his professionalism and was amazed at the integrity and character of this business in action!!! I most certainly will use them again and again!!
