I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Prosser's when my 2010 Buick broke down on the road. I'm 71, that was no small issue to me. They were kind, very courteous, chivalrous even, and quite patient and respectful of an old lady!! My car had quite a few issues contributing to the breakdown and it took some time, but they kept me informed, all the way, with the details in emails and pictures of the problems causing my old car's grumpiness! When I got my car back I didn't recognize the new power and energetic ride I got but I am delighted with it. Amazingly, they checked back with me to make sure I was getting a good drive. I really appreciate their diligence and people skills. Thank you, Prosser's!

Prossers is excellent place for my car to be serviced. Very professional staff that is helpful and nice. Love their French Bulldog that is a beautiful gray color. She loves everyone and her name is Ladybug. I would not take my car elsewhere!

Prosser’s Automotive is a great example of what happens when you have a team that you treat like a family. The workers communicate effectively to get work done efficiently and treat their customers vehicles with great respect, as if they are their own vehicles. They are upfront and honest about your vehicle and the repairs needed. They will handle just about anything you throw at them and work together as a team to get a resolution that works for both you and them. They are a clean, organized, and professional establishment and I would recommend Prosser’s Automotive to anyone. If you haven’t had a good experience, it’s probably on you.

I bought 4 brand new tires from prosser and in the process they put all 4 tires on for me. They were very nice and generous by not charging me for the labor of replacing my old tires. That was so thoughtful and I was really appreciative. PROSSERS is a great place to take your vehicle and get work done.

I called and spoke with Sharon on the phone, she was very polite and knowledgeable about everything I needed for my vehicle. They were even able to get me in on the day and time that worked best for me! Sal greeted me in the office and got things going, very professional and polite the whole time. Over all service was excellent and I felt that they were fair with their prices especially for the quality of work performed. I will not be going anywhere else! Prosser’s Automotive is the best!

They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, gave me honest recommendations, and didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. The work was done in a timely manner, the pricing was fair, and my car was returned in great shape. Its clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
