Mansfield Auto Repair

My sons drove to Mansfield from Massachusetts and their car broke down on Friday night so they were stranded there. We had it towed to Prosser's on Monday morning and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. They had it completed the next morning, as soon as the part came in. Throughout the process, Sharon and Sal at the front desk were so kind and understanding of us, parents whose kids were stranded 11 hours from home. They kept us informed every step of the way, and put our repair at the front of the queue to get our kids home to us. I cannot say enough good things about this shop - I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for helping my kids!

Being a retired ASE Master Technician, taking my own car to the shop is painful. Having worked in the automotive field for 30+ years from behind the parts counter, service writer, Gold Shield emissions tech in CA, to Master Technician, trust in others doesn't come easy. But sometimes, as Dirty Harry would say, "A Man's got to know his limitations". LOL I can say, without any hesitation, Prosser's Automotive has won me over. The office staff were friendly, welcoming and their communication excellent. The technician (Robert) took his time to explain in great detail what he did & what he found just like I would do when I was in his position. In other words, I now have a new home for my (unable to do) auto repairs. LOL AAAAA+++++ Five Stars didn't seem like enough! :-)

Very clean and friendly. My car died on me while traveling through town, 2 hours from home. Prossers took great care of me, got my car up in running in no time. The staff was super friendly and genuinely cared about my well-being. Highly recommend.

Took my car to get a engine put in, had some new guy work on it, didn’t even put new engine mounts in, didn’t do anything to tune my engine just slapped it in there, still has bad engine mounts whole thing moves terrible, took it in after to let them look at it, guy drove up going about 40 thru the parking lot. Didn’t even look at my car and said it was the struts, turns out it was the control arm, place is a joke. And I still have bad motor mounts they won’t fix and said my control arm being bad was my struts. Terrible place. Ruined my jeep.
