They made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle & the cost to repair it before they started the work. They were also willing to work with my after warranty insurance company. The work was actually finisged before the scheduled time. I would absolutely use Prossers Automotive again.

Prosser’s did an amazing job with diagnosing and rectifying my 09 Ford F150’s evap code! They made sure to keep me in the loop everyday!

Fast friendly service is definitely what's going on here. Unfortunately, my engine locked up. So we had to get a rental to finish our journey home. They were kind enough to take us to the rental place. To be continued..... ;)

They were kind enough to take us to the rental place. To be continued..... ;) Update: A week later my sister and I went back with a tow dolly to get my truck. Unfortunately, we made a wasted trip cuz a 2500 Dodge Ram won't fit on a tow dolly. We definitely didn't do our homework. But it was nice to see my new friends again and they are kind enough to still let me keep my truck there until we come back with a trailer. I can't complain about $15 a day when most places won't even let you store a vehicle at their shop. I'm telling you if you ever need any mechanic work done, this is the place to go.

So… in may of 2022 I took my daughters car there because of some issues … they quoted me over. 2 grand to fix everything including the rear struts … so I had them complete the work… well in August of 2023 noise start coming from the passenger side rear of the car… I figured out it was a bad strut … so I looked at the paperwork and it says parts are under warranty for 3 years.. so I call them tell them what’s going on… they have me bring it in … next thing I know I get a email from them with another quote for 2 grand for a bunch of different stuff except the bad strut… they try and tell me the noise isn’t coming from the back but the front.. I’m like no it’s not did you even drive it… they said yeah… I said there’s no way…long story short. I told them forget it… picked the car back up and replaced the struts myself… I just went ahead and did both sides and of course it fixed the issues and by the looks of the struts I took off they look they hadn’t been replaced in many years… the mechanic business has to be one of the least trust worthy businesses of all time

Prosser’s replaced the water pump on my Audi A6. It was done within a couple days and for a fair price. I also did not get charged for anything extra and there was no funny business. Each person I interacted with was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning

This place was absolutely fantastic. They are very mindful of the clients and are very transparent and open. And will not take on a job they are not equipped to do. Very clean and professional environment 👌🏿.

Prosser’s customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I expected them to be upfront, honest and knowledgable. What I experienced was accommodating, thoughtful, and diligent service. As a female I tend to get a lot of “oh hunny” from car repair shops, but not the staff at Prosser’s. They spoke to me with respect during every interaction.

A year ago Prosser's serviced our car on emergency notice as we were traveling across country. They were super fast, efficient, and friendly to boot with a great dog for company in the waiting room. We were back on the road in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Prosser's for all automotive services!
